Social Account Data Deletion
This page explains how to remove data imported into Berry Homes from connected YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts.
Request removal
You do not need access to the website administration area to request deletion. Use our contact form and state “Social account data deletion”. Include the platform and the public profile or channel URL so we can identify the imported data. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
The removal covers the account’s saved connection credentials and its imported post captions, publication dates, original links, cover-image URLs and media dimensions, including posts hidden from the public feed. It does not delete original content from the social platform.
For Berry Homes site administrators
- Sign in and open Social Feed.
- Expand “Remove imported data” for the relevant platform.
- Review and check the confirmation, then select “Delete imported posts and disconnect”. This removes all imported posts for that platform, including its archive.
Using “Disconnect” alone removes active credentials and stops future imports, but retains previously imported public posts. Use the removal action above to delete the imported archive as well.
Remove the platform authorization
You can also remove Berry Homes from your Google account’s third-party connections, Instagram’s Apps and Websites, Facebook’s Business Integrations or TikTok’s app permissions. Removing access on the platform stops authorized API access; request removal here to delete any previously imported data still stored on our website.
Deletion removes data from the active application. Existing security audit records and backup copies follow their normal retention cycle and are not erased by this action.
